by Matt Harrison Deputy CEO, Homeless Link
Homeless Link have been using Salesforce since 2009, and we built In-Form on the Salesforce platform. We now have over 350 of our members using In-Form to manage their client journeys on the Salesforce platform.
Salesforce can be used for much more than just In-Form. Salesforce have a commitment to philanthropy and they offer 10 user licences free of charge to charities, as well as offering deep discounts on further licences. Charities across the world (and over 4,000 in the UK) use Salesforce for fundraising, CRM, HR, volunteering, grant-making and much more. At Homeless Link, we use Salesforce for membership management, finance, HR, grant-making, expenses management as well as solutions like In-Form and CHAIN.
Salesforce can be a complex platform and charities who want to use the free and discounted licences normally need the assistance of a partner to help them design, build and support their CRM system to adapt it to their needs. There are a large number of Salesforce Consultancies that offer this service, however often at a high price!
In 2024, the Salesforce Consultancy Real Systems transferred from St Mungo’s to Homeless Link. This small team have developed and supported Salesforce systems for many charities and local authorities over the past 10 years. Now as part of our In-Form team they are able to offer bespoke Salesforce solutions to all our In-Form customers and Homeless Link members. Their expertise is in working with our members and understanding your organisation’s needs; and their rates for this work are affordable for our sector.
In-Form customers have already got a Salesforce system in place and have staff trained in how to use Salesforce. But could other areas of your organisation benefit too? We can install other functions like fundraising alongside In-Form to help you maximise the investment you’ve already made in the Salesforce platform.
If your charity would like to make use of Salesforce for fundraising, CRM or any other purpose, then speak to Bobby in Real Systems.
