Sign up to In-Form Community Edition.
If you’d like to sign up for In-Form Community please complete the form below. You need to be a Homeless Link member to use In-Form Community – you can find out more or join now. Your first three licences are free. If you request more than three licences, we will send you an invoice for £60 + VAT per additional licence and contact you before they are due for their annual renewal. There is also a limit of 10 users in total on the In-Form Community system.
If you have any questions about the system or need help, you will be able to raise a case with our support desk by completing a form on the system. We also have a suite of videos available to help you get the know the system.
Please note that if you don’t use the system for 90 days, we will deactivate your user account. If you need to reactivate it you can contact support.
