In-Form is a Cloud based application

In-Form makes my role so much easier. I can quickly pull information entered by frontline staff into reports for managers and our fundraising team. It is intuitive and easy to adapt to our changing needs.

Implementing In-Form has moved our data collection on ten-fold. Taking it away from a hundred different spreadsheets that were then compiled onto one, into a system that can produce a dashboard or a report in seconds. For my own role it has taken away lots of double entry on various spreadsheets to be able to create reports and dashboards easily and being able to spot trends as well as errors easily.

We are able to track each of our properties and the rents we are collecting for each bed. It is fantastic, we are able to run a report on a client in real time and can easily report on how many nights a person has been in. We can track each bed and identify when we have beds available.

All our operations staff use it, all support staff, all our housing staff, our rents team, our maintenance team, managers. One hundred per cent of our young people benefit from the new system.

In-Form has not only helped us to better manage our data and run concise reports, but we have also improved the quality of the information we’re recording.
