Our team of Salesforce experts are here with you every step of the way. We’ll work together to create an In-Form system that’s tailored to your requirements. We’ll train your teams and be there for you with ongoing support, training, and development for whenever you need it.
In-Form is designed to adapt and grow with your organisation.
The onboarding process
Here at In-Form we don’t just sell you a system and set you up with the standard functionality. We’ll work together to identify your organisation’s needs around services, processes, and reporting. Find out more below on what happens next after you join us as a customer.
Implementation
Work with your assigned In-Form consultant to plan, design and build your system to meet your needs. We will also migrate your data if required.
Training
Your In-Form consultant will make sure your team is ready to use the system, with flexible training options to suit your needs.
Go live
Following training, we’ll cleanse any test data and support you through the agreed go-live plan.
Ongoing support
Once you’ve gone live, you’ll be handed over to our expert In-Form support team. They’re on hand to help with any queries and changes you may need. You can also access the below too as part of being an In-Form customer.
Additional support
As well as our dedicated team of experts on the support desk, there are various ways you can keep informed and in touch with us. You’re joining a movement of In-Form users, with over 22,000 other users across 300+ organisations.
User hub and events
Post go-live you can attend our regular customer user hub and annual conference to connect with other users, and hear from the In-Form team about the latest product updates. We also have a program of webinars showcasing product features too.
Free online training
We run free monthly training webinars, from reporting and basics training, to top tips on getting the best from your system and our guide to system health checks. There are sessions for everyone, whether you're new to In-Form or an experienced user.
