Marie has dedicated her career to supporting people across homelessness, mental health, and criminal justice sectors. With 15 years of frontline experience, she worked directly with young people and adults, using three different Outcomes Stars to drive meaningful change. For the past decade, Marie has trained and supported services in Outcomes Star, helping them integrate Outcomes measurement within their support. Passionate about systems change and improving outcomes, Marie is committed to transforming support structures to create lasting, positive change. Her expertise bridges direct practice and strategic innovation, helping our sector use evidence-based approaches to empower children and young people on their own journey.
