It keeps information on the history of any given space’s occupation, its current status, and its projected availability.
The system can link a client to a particular room and track this tenancy, automatically logging updates of payments, dates of vacancy - so homelessness and housing support agencies can make the most of the spaces available to them.
It’s a flexible, versatile tool that can give a snapshot of an individual night, showing which spaces are available and which are occupied. The Rent and Property Management module can be customised to the needs of individual clients. Their rent schedule is tailored to take account of their age, employment status, and any benefits they may be receiving.
