The In-Form team is recruiting for a Customer Success and Renewals Manager to join the business development team full time.
The role, based at our head office in London (Aldgate), will see you support In-Form’s customer success activities and to lead on the renewal and management of all In-Form customers’ licences and contracts.
Closing on 14th November, the role is crucial to ensuring that we retain In-Form customers, generate vital renewal income to support our work and provide excellent customer care.
You'll work closely with the In-Form Senior Consultant - Customer Success in our Technical Team and with the Business Development team’s finance, sales and marketing staff.
