It's been two months since our Transforming Case Management 2023: In-Form Conference and we thought it would be good to reflect on the day.
The day
The day consisted of 23 sessions with 21 speakers including the In-Form team, Matt Harrison (Deputy Chief Executive of Homeless Link), Fiona Colley (Director of Social Change, Homeless Link), Rob Payne (HOPE Worldwide), Amanda Croome (Caritas Salford), Liam Hailwood (Liverpool City Region Combined Authority).
We also saw sessions from our Homeless Link colleagues with Lucy Horitz and Laura Millward running The Leader In You, and Sophie Boobis hosting a panel discussion to launch the a new project that will see In-Form data used to analyse health provisions for those experiencing homelessness.
Plus, we had some CPD sessions on offer and 'Ask the Admin' available too.
What was popular
From the feedback survey, we found that the most popular sessions were Rent Module, Product Road Map, and the Reports & Dashboards masterclasses.

How you felt the day went
We were pleased that 88% of delegates said they strongly agreed or agreed that the conference was engaging, and 100% said that it was useful and enjoyable.
We wanted to provide a space for you to meet other customers too and 56% said they networked.
The day was a chance to learn about In-Form and how you can progress your system to the benefit of your organisation, and in our feedback survey we were happy to find that 89% of delegates said they learnt something new.
