We’re pleased to announce we have made some updates to In-Form, as a result of changes to Welsh housing law and funding, to help our customers better support the people they are working with.

What’s changed in In-Form?
You can now record all the information needed for the new outcomes framework. For example, primary outcomes can be recorded on the Timelines and there is a new custom object for secondary outcomes.
How do I get this?
This functionality is freely available to our customers – both those based in Wales and those operating across Wales – just raise a case from your In-Form system.
How much is it?

What’s changed in In-Form?
We have introduced two new objects to the Rent Module to record occupancy agreements and occupancy agreement extensions.
This new functionality allows you to track multiple stays within a single property. For example, residents staying in a hostel usually do so under a licence, allowing them to move rooms as needed. Each stay in a room is still recorded as a Tenancy, but you can now link multiple consecutive Tenancies under a single Occupancy Agreement (which represents the licence).
As standard, such licences last for six months and then need to be extended on a rolling three month basis. Record these extension requests, their progress and their outcomes as Occupancy Agreement Extensions. Currently these records are created manually by default but you can extend the functionality to autogenerate the records and send out email reminders about agreements that are due to expire. We are also looking to include the auto-generation of both Occupancy Agreements and Occupancy Agreement Extensions in a future release.
