Good news for all users of In-Form Community Edition

If you use the Community Edition of In-Form, then we’ve got some good news for you. In January we’re going to be upgrading to a new and improved version. It’s packed full of features designed to help you more effectively collaborate with your colleagues and better support your clients. Best of all, you don’t have to do a thing for now – just leave everything to us.

 

If you’re used to the current Community Edition, you’ll know how powerful a tool it is in your day to day work. So how can the new version help you to perform even better?

 

You’ll be glad to know that the upgrade updates Community Edition to the Lightning user experience. Moreover the new version now has the look and feel of In-Form Essential and In-Form Enterprise.

 

But there’s more to the new Community Edition than that. Along with all the features you have used to date, it also contains a whole set of new features, tried and tested in In-Form Essential and In-Form Enterprise, and designed to keep your information about the client up to date, in depth, and easily accessible when you need it. You’ll be able to keep track of your clients’ engagement with your service. Change a client’s keyworker. Manage your referral process, record clients’ outcomes, and better keep a record of their drugs and alcohol use.

 

Also you’ll be able to record alerts against a Client record. So If there’s important information that you need to share with your colleagues – if, for instance a client needs to be flagged as ‘no lone working’ – you can record this and mark when the alert will need to be reviewed. We are also making the standard Salesforce Reports and Dashboards feature available to you. So you’ll be able to modify the standard reports and create your own, so you can generate the insights that matter to you and your stakeholders. And finally, we are enabling an audit feature which will allow you to see when key field values where changed, who by and when it happened.
