Learning from the past
The Wallich is a homelessness charity operating more than 100 services across Wales, and before implementing In-Form, couldn’t effectively report on the data they were gathering.
Craig Herbert, Head of Business Systems at The Wallich, said:
“To run our services, we have to collect important data, but our previous CRM system had poor reporting tools, so we couldn’t extract or really see the information in a useful format.
“Our old system had helped us to understand what we wanted out of a CRM (and what we didn’t!). So, we knew we wanted something tailored to the way we work.”
250+ properties
With more than 250 properties, The Wallich needs a system it can rely on
500 + staff
The Wallich now has more than 500 of its staff using In-Form.
7,000+ individuals
Each year they support over 7,000 individuals, so that system must also be secure and strong enough to handle their vital work.
Finding a system that fit their needs
With upwards of 250 properties, supporting more than 7,000 individuals in a year, The Wallich needs a robust and secure system.
“When we saw a demo of In-Form, we knew it was the system for us.”
They began development of their system in August 2017 and did a full organisational launch in July 2018, after piloting it across eight of their projects in January 2018.
“In-Form is an established system, designed for the homelessness sector on the Salesforce platform, so we knew it would be relevant, reliable and secure.”
The decision
“We opted for the Enterprise solution as it meant it was fully customisable to meet our needs. It also meant we could benefit from the fantastic in-house support team that help us maintain and develop the system.”
The Wallich now has more than 500 of its staff using In-Form.
A system fit for purpose – and more!
“As a result of implementing In-Form, we now have a much clearer oversight of staff caseloads and the ability to monitor workloads for hourly contracted colleagues.
“In-Form has not only helped us to better manage our data and run concise reports, but we have also improved the quality of the information we’re recording.”
