Karen Haigh

Training Manager

 

Karen is In-Form's Training Manager, is seven times Salesforce certified, and has previously worked at Salesforce as well as a consultant for a large nonprofit organisation. 

 

Karen got into a graduate scheme at a Salesforce training consultancy and while following a very rigorous programme, she not only learned what Salesforce was, but also became a certified administrator. Karen was also certified to train other on how to become a system admin and this is where her training journey began.

 

Whilst there, she really wanted to focus on using my skills to help non-profits, so learned about the NPSP package and was very interested in data and analytics, so she worked on becoming an expert in both of those arenas, helping to implement these Salesforce products as well as training others on how to make the most of them.

 

After securing seven Salesforce certifications and also certifications in Change Management, she followed an opportunity to dive deeper into the world of Learning and Development with a Salesforce ISV partner who also has a product on the AppExchange to help those in the not for profit and social impact space to move the needle towards making a positive impact in the world around us.

 

This year, Karen gave contracting a try and worked with a large nonprofit in the UK who were implementing Salesforce in their organisation, it was a fun experience, but she decided that she wanted to be somewhere long term, and that’s where In-Form comes in!

 

Karen is really excited to be the new In-Form Training Manager, and is looking forward to learning more about the homeless sector and about the incredible work that is being done by the members of Homeless Link. She's also really excited to see how In-Form will continue to make a positive impact in this space and to support our clients in facing some of the biggest challenges that are facing our society today.
